Australian Open 2025 | Taboo
In collaboration with Taboo, we brought to life a large-scale brand precinct at the Australian Open 2025, designed to seamlessly blend premium hospitality with high-impact brand visibility.
The activation featured a series of custom-built food and beverage facades fitted onto shipping containers, complete with branded menus, signage, and awnings. Overhead, a combination of pergola-style shade structures, a striking 10m x 10m cladded shade structure, and integrated planter boxes created a vibrant and welcoming environment for visitors.
Hero elements included an archway clad with a large LED screen showcasing the live matches, illuminated light boxes, and playful Totem Tennis installations that tied into the spirit of the tournament. The space was anchored by bespoke structural details, including custom 3m x 3m truss legs, ensuring both strength and design cohesion across the precinct.
Delivered with precision by the Chopt team, the build elevated Taboo’s creative vision into a fully immersive guest experience — one that matched the energy and prestige of the Australian Open itself.
