For RIZER x Estée Lauder at Vivid 2025, Chopt engineered a show-stopping installation featuring two monumental 6-metre-high half heads sculpted from 3D hard-coated foam. One interior face came alive with immersive LED screens by Jay Productions, while the other was clad in striking mirror-finished ACP, creating a dramatic contrast between light, reflection, and scale.

The custom stage base incorporated illuminated LED light boxes for branding, and a fully compliant access ramp invited guests to walk between the towering forms — offering an up-close sense of the activation’s sheer size and spectacle. Bold, immersive, and technically complex, the build became a standout moment of Vivid 2025.
